1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph8app ("ph8app," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ph8app website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the ph8app registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by accessing and using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use ph8app's Services.

These Terms should be read alongside ph8app's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph8app.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of ph8app's Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout your use of the Services.

ph8app employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used, less any applicable processing costs.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

ph8app's Services are intended for players located within the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. ph8app does not represent that the Services are legal or available in all geographic locations.

2.3 Capacity

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling prohibition from any regulatory body in the Philippines or elsewhere.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access ph8app's full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify ph8app promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on ph8app. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph8app will suspend all associated accounts upon detection and may withhold balances pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph8app is obligated under PAGCOR compliance guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of:

• A valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID); and
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside the submitted identification document.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to daily withdrawal limits. ph8app reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by applicable regulations or internal risk assessment.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph8app login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify ph8app's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ph8app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph8app accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. All deposited funds are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) and credited to your ph8app wallet at the current applicable exchange rate where currency conversion applies. Deposits processed through ph8app's cashier are final; ph8app does not accept responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or network conditions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya, Coins.ph) and ₱500.00 for bank transfers. ph8app processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally feasible; typical processing times for GCash and PayMaya are 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and are typically within one business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing any withdrawal, ph8app may require that you have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if: (a) your account is under review for suspicious activity; (b) KYC documentation is incomplete or unverified; (c) there is a chargeback dispute in progress; or (d) you have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph8app may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph8app offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits. Where any conflict exists between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses credited to your ph8app account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before a withdrawal of associated funds can be processed. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion; contribution rates by game category are published in the bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph8app actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, irregular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions, and collusion with other players. ph8app reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive bonus play, and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

5.4 Referral Programmes

Where ph8app offers a referral programme, referred players must register genuinely, complete KYC verification, and meet all stated programme requirements before referral rewards are credited. Referral rewards obtained through fraudulent or simulated registrations will be forfeited.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on ph8app use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes. RNG systems used by ph8app's game providers are independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game interface.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a system or game malfunction, all affected bets and pays are void. ph8app will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. ph8app accepts no liability for winnings that could not be completed due to a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on ph8app, including markets for PBA, NBA, UFC, and other sporting events, are governed by ph8app's Sports Betting Rules. In the event of discrepancies between stated odds and market outcomes due to data feed errors, ph8app reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Results are settled based on official announcements from the relevant sporting body.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph8app and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph8app's platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of cheating;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through your ph8app account;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ph8app account to another person;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your true geographic location in violation of these Terms.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8app platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, audio, video, software code, game designs, and written text — is the intellectual property of ph8app or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on ph8app without prior written consent from ph8app. Unauthorised use of ph8app's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

ph8app collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph8app.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to ph8app's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of the Services.

ph8app complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data is stored securely and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph8app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph8app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8app account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph8app's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ph8app

ph8app reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ph8app is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) your account exhibits activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; or (d) ph8app reasonably suspects that your account has been compromised by a third party.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ph8app account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining balance in a legitimately operated account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following account closure, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and any applicable regulatory holds.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Services is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph8app is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player community across the Philippines, including in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions. ph8app provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss limits — Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session time limits — Receive reminders and automatic session termination after a set duration;
• Cooling-off periods — Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined number of days;
• Self-exclusion — Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from ph8app's Services.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. ph8app takes self-exclusion obligations seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to enforce exclusions across its platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph8app, you agree to first contact ph8app's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within that period, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph8app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, ph8app will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2 above.
